A wellness retreat is where we create the ideal condition for a more profound practice of Yoga, Ayurveda and Meditation focusing on your individual physical and mental health. We make time for reflection and develop conscious attention. We establish a personal connection which is more in  tune  with your needs keeping in consideration all the required aspects for a healthy and functional body. Our retreats explore yoga in a natural and quiet setting. They are ideal for people new to yoga or those already experienced. This retreat will leave you with a refreshing  feeling about yourself, more understanding of your body and provide you with enough time to get healed naturally under constant guidance.  Daily schedule can be a mixture of yoga, meditation, , ayurvedic masage, healing, philosophy, discussion group or therapy sessions.
